​International Fellowship Project for Researches in China

Funding young Chinese postdoctoral researchers to conduct two-year postdoctoral researches with leading research groups in the advanced fields of high-level universities, institutions or enterprises aboard. Each person will receive RMB 300,000 by CNPC and the equivalent amount by the foreign counterpart. 648 individuals have received this fund so far.

Funding outstanding postdoctoral researchers to participate in international meetings and events, each person RMB 30,000. 647 individuals have received this fund so far.

The Hong Kong Scholars Program is collaboration between the Office of China National Postdoctoral Council (CNPC) and the Society of Hong Kong Scholars. The program is to fund outstanding Chinese PhDs to Hong Kong for two-year postdoctoral research. Every selected researcher is awarded with a fund of RMB 360,000 and HKD 360,000 from CNPC and Hong Kong respectively. 60 people will be funded in 2019.

The Sino-German Postdoctoral Exchange Program is collaboration between the Office of the China National Postdoctoral Council (CNPC) and the Helmholtz Association of German Research Centers. The program is to fund young Chinese PhDs for two-year postdoctoral research in Helmholtz Association of German Research Centers. The CNPC provides fund RMB 300,000 per person, and the Helmholtz pays 1,500 euros per person per month. 50 individuals will be funded in 2019.
